The line-up for this one includes Heidi, Kim Ann Foxman, Roi Perez and Skudge Live.
Think you’ve got what it takes to last the night through?
COME IF YOU DARE.
1. THE PRODUCTION
As the darkest most feared night of the year slowly creeps up on here at Studio 338 so does our fear fueled event DESECRATION… Enter the dark chambers of our unholy altar where as the clock strikes midnight the slaughter and blood letting of innocents will be offered up to appease the dark spirits for another year. Dance under a burning pentagram and the watchful gaze of the high priest and his army of satanic monks before the midnight sacrifice takes us through the gates of hell and into the underworld inspired by Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece 'Eyes Wide Shut' this will be an immersive Halloween show like no other. For those looking for costume inspirations be sure to check Kubrick’s work out online.
We expect everyone in attendance to dress to KILL and to not hold back in making this one of your worst nightmares come to reality… we will be playing our part to bring hell on earth so we need everyone to do theres and believe us if you dont… there will be murder on the dance floor.
This night isn't just about the music… it's about the experience. Expect insane production with costumes and settings being a priority to maximise the halloween spirit.
2. HEIDI HEADLINES THE RITUAL
After an incredible performance at Space Ibiza’s mini festival earlier this year, we couldn’t wait any longer than 4 months to invite her back… Heidi is one DJ you will not want to miss this Halloween.
Who knows what dark magic she will be bringing to the the darkest night of the year?
3. Kim Ann Foxman joins the sacrifice
Unfazed by trends and deeply rooted in the music, Foxman builds on the nostalgic records of her youth to create her own dynamic sound. A rare specimen who is equally likely to be found playing to intimate audiences as to huge festival crowds, her record selection is distinctive from that of her peers. She holds a highly regarded residency at Good Room in her home of Brooklyn, New York and is a regular at Panorama Bar in Berlin, places where she is able to explore different sounds whilst still captivating the dance floor.
4. Roi Perez brings the sound of Panorama Bar
After a head start playing records in 2011 as a local resident in Tel Aviv’s underground gay clubbing scene, he moved to Berlin in 2013 in order to continue his personal journey of establishing a coherent, creative and diverse musical language, skills, style and knowledge. Not so long after, he started playing to Berlin’s busiest dance floors, including being invited to play at the notorious fetish club Lab.Oratory and Berghain’s Panorama Bar.
5. Skudge performs a live set
Machines do speak a language understood and appreciated by humans. Measured by the success of Skudge, an artistic duo that has delivered a lot in a very short time. Combining their inspiration and talent through wires and analogue equipment, they seem to always present something new - in a very faithful style.
What remains most significant on their output through the main label Skudge Records, as well as their remix material present on a row of different labels, it must be their exceptional sense of loops and unexpected detail in their productions.
6. Our residents bringing the true sound of 338 to life
It wouldn't be a party without being joined by our faithful residents and undercard DJ’s Andrew Kay, Pat Wilson & Taylor. These guys know how to work a crowd and always bring an epic selection of tracks to the table for every gig they play at. You do not want to miss these guys on the night!
